    Hi there! Pre-sale question here.


    1- Some rentals can be rented either whole or by room.


    Example for a three bedroom house the price is:
    For 1 bedroom, maximum 2 person: $ 30 per night
    For 2 rooms, maximum 4 person: $ 60 per night
    For 3 bedrooms (the whole house), maximum 6 person: $ 90 per night


    Is it possible to configure its in the details page of the housing?


    2- Does the host and the traveler have access to an Internet mailbox to exchange messages?


    3- When a Host receives a reservation, it has the possibility to refuse or accept the reservation? Can I see an example?


    4- Can we have demo access for a partner account?


    5- Each host must be able to create a partner account and put online these rentals. But we want the payments to be received 100% by us (us = owner of the website) on our account STRIPE. And then we take care of transferring the funds to the owners by bank transfer. Is it possible with your theme?


    6- Can this theme handle a purchase of a tour and accommodation in one transaction, ie shopping cart?

    1. You can change name from ‘Hotel’ to ‘Rental’. It is possible.
    2. Yes. That feature is ‘Contact before Booking’.
    3. Yes, If you ‘use ‘Bank transfer’ payment’, admin need to approve that booking.
    4. Yes, please give an email via ohteamvn@gmail.com
    5. Yes, user can register like as ‘Partner’. Admin will consider and approve. all of payments is received by administrator.
    6. Currently, the theme do not support for that feature. We will consider in the future. It is good idea.

    1- I did not quite understand the answer. Can you reread the full question please?


    2- Ok, but is it a form that is received by email or is it an internal messaging system that works in real time like the airbnb.com website?


    3- I did not quite understand the answer. There is no payment by bank transfer. We must offer only the possibility of paying via STRIPE. And all payments must arrive on our account STRIPE (WE = owner of the website). What is required is that when a person makes a reservation the host receives notification by email and in his dashboard with all the information of the reservation request (listing for which the reservation was made, check in and check Out, price ect .. and he must be able to ACCEPT or REFUSE the reservation by clicking on an “ACCEPT” or “REFUSE” button according to availability.


    4- I don’t want to have access to the wordpress admin but I want to have access to the theme dashboard when the host is connected to the website. You can send me an access? I also create an account you can accept it (see attachment)


    Other request: A 15% commission must be automatically added to the price indicated by the owners. See photo example attached

    Hello myweb2017,


    1. As your description, It is fit with ‘Hotel’ service. You can create a hotel, then create rooms in that hotel with properties


    2. the host and user can contact via email. the theme do not support real-time chat now because it needs a good host. We will update in the future (upgrade Gotrips – Notifications addon)


    3. If you use ‘Stripe’ payment in the theme, it is an online payment. When user made a booking and completed. The booking has been paid into your stripe account. So, that booking is automatically completed. You can cancel later, but you will have to return the money to the user manually.


    4. I will give for you a partner account that you can access to the theme dashboard. please give me you email.


    5. Currently, the theme do not support commission feature.


    I think that i will give a partner account for you. then, you can access and test. It is good for the experience.

    Hi
    We look for a theme that we will use for booking of activities and event. You should be able to book like one or two packages + a hotel before you check out – is that possible? When I try the theme I can’t have multiple bookings. If I book a activity first and go to book hotel the activity is gone from the cart? Why is that? Also I can’t book any car because it say wrong drop-off point but there is nothing to choose from so thats not possible to book either


    Let me know if your theme have following


    - Demo content (installation with images)


    - Visual Composer (so I can change the front page if I like)


    - Unlimited side bars


    - Mega Menu (and let me know if I can I have image in that one)


    - Mobile & Smart Tab Friendly


    - Be Responsive


    - Have payment system implemented (shopping cart)


    Also tell me if I can customize so each activity can have different look “categories” Like it should be different for SPA and Boat Ride.


    Last, is there a front end registration or do I come to WP login page?

    Currently, our theme only support to add single item in the cart. We will consider in the future.


    About vehicle booking, you only select available address from the dropdown address of the Google Map API.

    Hi Dear,


    I tried to install the theme on my live site, but every time I try to active the theme the wordpress goes down and stops working. (both CMS and front end turns to white.)


    I have got a error with by database install too:
    Mon Aug 14 21:41:27.222549 2017 pid 29988 PHP Fatal error: Can’t use function return value in write context in /var/www/adhocnz/wp-content/themes/gotrips/oh-team/application/controllers/frontend/review.php on line 35


    The theme works on my local and my staging site( a different hosting company ), not sure why is doesn’t work on live site.


    I would be appreciate if you could help me out.

    Presale question. On the demo when l try to book for accommodation, the calender seems to be allowing only 1 night for the booking period-says l want 3 night from 20 August. once l put 20 as the start date, the calender automatically puts 21 as the check-out date
