Hi, I’m expert to joomla but totally new to wordpress, sorry if my question sound too simple. Is there any way to integrate this website to some plugin like MyCred? ( is Opal membership doing the same job like MyCred)? I want my website users to be able to search and filter among properties, but they have to spend points to see each property details ( exact address and location and their phone number ) . I think MyCred is the way to dedicate points to users and it should integrate to your template. please see website: www.Lidobin.Ir ( it’s in Persian, but can see it in English in chrome by google translate ) I want that kind of search and filter ( your website does the filtering great but i think i need a point system like MyCred, too ). Can you please help me? and is it possible to do if i want you to customize it? how much it would cost and how long does it take? Would it be compatible with Iranian banks to pay online to buy points? I also have another question, can i have more custom fields ( extra fields ) when i’m creating a new property and it can be an extra filter option in the front-end? Thanks.
ReplyDeleteMy Email: pasargode@gmail.com , Thanks.
HiCan you please tell me how long does it take for you to do the customization?I want these:1- The viewer of the website should signup.2- He should buy some credits/points.3- The viewer can search and filter among all the properties. ( States and cites and neighborhoods are depending on each other)4- If he wants to see a property exact details, he should spend 1 point. Please see www.lidobin.ir (in right side of the page you see some simple filter, please click onجستجو پیشرفته ( advanced search )These are the filters I want. If you please translate it in English, you will see what I want ( if you couldn’t understand it because of bad automatic translation, I will attach In my next email the screenshot of that page, too)Thanks

Hello I have some question s about your theme.
ReplyDeleteHow many plugins does it need to get the site working like your demos?
How much extra does it cost to purchase all plugins like = dsIDXpress plugin?
Can you upload properties to the site without using dsIDXpress plugin?
Can the search bar under the main images be set to full width and not centered as in all demos?
can you set the images in the header slides to be without the gray scale overlay?
This would be great help to offer this theme for some clients..
Kind regards
Hi
ReplyDeleteHave 2 plugin you must purchase dsIDXpress, iHomeFinder: we not purchase it. But this theme can run fine and full function with OpalEstate plugin. https://wordpress.org/plugins/opal-estate/

ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteI’ve just purchased your theme, I liked the design and it was advertised that we could get dummy data. After comparing other themes I thought the demo was fantastic! I’ve installed the theme however two plugin did not allow me to install.
1. How do I get this dummy data?
2. Also, why does it keep informing me to get the dslEXpress plug in? Will the website function like the demo without this?
3. I’ve bought a few sites in the past but this caught my eye, what exactly did I pay for because nothing seems to appear. Could you please assist as soon as possible.
Thank you

ReplyDeleteHi there,
ReplyDeleteWe are looking for a real estate them that can give our client the possibility of managing their properties themselves, but at the same time, they need to offer space/the possibilities to private sellers to register, pay they monthly fee and put their property on sale or rent, a kind of market place?; it is possible to do it with this theme? which kind of plugin eventually we can need?
thanks.
It’s possible, we will support for you if have any problem
ReplyDeletehi there,
ReplyDeleteThanks a lot for getting back to me, good that we can deal with it as a marketplace too; it is necessary to purchase any extra plugin or we have everything we need?
thanks.
this theme is support and provide fully plugin to run fine with your request.
ReplyDeleteOk, so you fully confirm that the site can be managed by the owner and so they can create spaces for agents and so “normal people” can register or create a membership paying directly online the monthly fee and publish their own properties?.
ReplyDeleteWhat about multi language? SEO FRIENDLY? 1 click installer?.
So no need of extra plugins at all, right?:
thanks a lot!
yes, you don’t need extra plugins at all
ReplyDeleteDoes this theme need dsIDX to function properly or can it be used without?
ReplyDeleteit can run fine without dsIDX, we have support opalestate plugin,
ReplyDeleteHi, I was trying to import the demo content but I found only 3 demos available in WpOpal Import while on your website there are 12. Am I missing something? all the plugins are up and running except IDX which I don’t need.
ReplyDeletePlease let me know if there’s something else I have to do.
UPDATE: It’s also impossible to import even the basic demo at the moment. I have this message: This theme has not any package ready for installing demo.
I have no idea what I’m supposed to do. Should I open a Ticket in the support?
