    Hi, We are getting very slow support from your end, why is it so? We are only getting one line response once a day. Because of this our launch is getting delayed.


    There is no clear instructions to how to set the banner and how to make them from scratch. Please give a complete detail instructions.

    We are not able to select the category from right hand side. In our case it is disabled.



    Please respond for the question we asked, we need documentation of how to create short code and how to create sliders from scratch of our own.

    I’m trying to install a slider at the top of my homepage per the ‘pinterest’ sample. In the instructions it says “If you wish to have a slider on the top of your page, copy and paste the slider shortcode here.” But where do you get the slider shortcode to begin with?

    Figured it out but it was a pain as there’s no documentation. Also setting up the subscription forms is a pain – not user friendly at all compared to some of your other themes I’ve used.

    Please, note that Slider Revolution is not part of our Scribbler theme and it is not used in our demo site.
    Plugin that came bundled is our main page builder Visual Composer like it is marked on Scribbler page https://www.screencast.com/t/RPVq8Uli


    But you are able of course to use desired third party plugins on your installation.
