I have submitted a support ticket 2 days ago and not had any response – could you please check and advise the status of my ticket
ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteSorry for the delay. I ‘m currently replying to your ticket.
Cheers
Purchased the theme but having a couple of issues, went to sign-up on the help.wolfthemes.com support pages but the sign in with Facebook button does nothing and even though I have registered and been sent a password It wont let me login??
ReplyDeleteHey there,
ReplyDeletePlease send me an email to help@wolfthemes.com so we can work this out.
Talk to you soon.
Email sent. Whilst I was waiting I tried to import the demo content which failed but as I’m upgrading an existing site it’s probably better that my menus and all settings are not replaced.
ReplyDeleteBeing a music venue rather than a pub the Studio and Rock layouts in the demo are what I would like to base our homepage on, is here a way to get just those pages and slider templates rather than the whole demo pack?
Hi,
ReplyDeleteYou can only import the whole content. But if you send me an email I can send you the content to paste to your page to get the studio and/or Rock layout
