First you need to import our demo content.
For that go to Select options > Import and follow instructions from this screenshot https://www.screencast.com/t/nYCcJnvGH4
Just wait until import process is finished and you should get all content imported on your installation.

Has the contact form (listing red button) been fixed on the Buyers version of the theme? I see the demo has been fixed (the original contact rendered poorly as someone else pointed out above) but I don’t see where the theme has been updated since its release – and many of the live buyer examples of the theme on live sites have contact forms that render badly as well – has the theme package been updated? Also – do the amenities icons (per the demo) also load with the demo data? (Love those – but don’t see that on buyer sites I have been peeking at either – nor the category icons on the map – both of which I’m hoping ship with the demo data that comes with the theme?

1) Regarding form styling, we have fixed styling for upcoming theme update, so don’t worry about that part. Update should be released very soon.
2) Amenities are not loaded with demo content, but you are adding desired amenities per each Listing Type https://www.screencast.com/t/4uStgrHvsi
