Hi, as you know your package is not installing. I have submitted a few other tickets too. Disappointing that you are selling a solution that does not work without your intervention. So far not a great experience….
ReplyDeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteThanks for your comment,
We have already submitted an update which will fix the Package installing issue. And another update will arrive with in this week which will fix your other issues. We have checked your tickets. You don’t need our intervention when the update arrives. And for your experience, it takes at least 1 business day or maximum 24 hours to receive a response in the support forum. We appreciate your patience. Our support team will answer to your ticket soon.
Kind Regards
Redqteam
I am happy to wait for support – but you are selling a product which is not 100% ready. Asking customers to wait “a few weeks” for fixes are not good enough.
ReplyDeleteYour copy-paste responses in the support forum is also not instilling any confidence. I have requested a refund on your support forum.
Hi, We have pushed a new update and our next update will push on Monday, Your issues should be resolved then. We are not asking “few weeks”. We are ready to give you refund if you’re not happy with the product. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteyour words: ”...you will have this issue fixed with in the upcoming weeks”
ReplyDeleteSorry, Our support team made a mistake while answering that. We are pushing on Monday and our full team is working on the update.

ReplyDeletesolved and deleted (can’t delete here)
ReplyDeleteOnly after I bought your wonderful product I just realised it is not completed yet! Based on the name of your product any buyer would assume it is isomorphic (server side render) React project, however there is no SSR yet in it. How soon we can expect SSR version to be ready and what SSR will be based on? WIll it be something like next.js or do you have something else in mind?
ReplyDeleteWe wanted to release with SSR version together but few breaking changes come thats why we missed it; But we mentioned it in our item description. We are actively developing it, it should be pushed within 7-10 days. We have tried couple of way, react-universally, Next.js … , For next update we’re using Next.js, we will gradually increase our component and will add more integration soon. Thanks.
ReplyDeletePlease contact us through [ https://redqsupport.ticksy.com/ ]
Thanks for your replay, is there any update on SSR version? ALso Next.js 3.0 is now released, would be great to see it integarted with this profuct!
ReplyDeleteYes we’re trying our best to release it asap, we are using next.js 3.0 + we are trying to make all components with `styled-components`, thats why its taking time, we will try out best to release it next week. Thanks
ReplyDeleteAmazing, really appreciate it. We’re looking into it. We will push this into our update. Thanks
ReplyDeleteGlad to help . BTW, if anyone else is trying this, you’d have to restart your server with ‘yarn start’ to see the changes. Tested well with the new v 1.1 as well.
ReplyDeleteOn step 3, add the dir=”rtl” to the < html > tag
ReplyDeleteHi, Absolutely loving this, it’s very nice and well worth the money. Thank you. How can I go about updating the project after I have been making changes to it?
ReplyDeleteThanks, yes it would be tricky, We are also using it making our SaaS product. If you can work into `yourAppName` folder and make subfolder into `yourAppName`. Put all of your reducers, sagas and custom components into your folder; Call it through isomorphic with minimal changes. Then you can use every update. We’re searching for good solution, meanwhile you can use this approach. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteHello,I would like to provide an explanatory document when it is updated.
ReplyDeleteHi, We have a online documentation
ReplyDeletehttps://redq.gitbooks.io/isomorphic/content/
We’re trying to update it regularly. Please let us know if you have any question
support@redqteam.com
This app is based on `create react app`, we will suggest to check their ReadMe too.
https://github.com/facebookincubator/create-react-app/blob/master/README.md
If you want to provide your doc, you’re most welcome.
Thanks
Hi, Thank you for your reply. I’m talking about updated content for each version, such as bug fixes.
ReplyDeleteOk, We will provide that. The latest version has minor changes. We will try to write a doc for each version change, Thanks.
ReplyDeleteGuys, your product is great, its only “downside” is that you have to catch up with redux saga and immutable js first, in order to dive in and implement the components with real data. Vanilla redux is not enough.
ReplyDeleteIt would be terrific if you could demonstrate how to plug in data from firebase or axios to one of your saga driven components (like mail or even contacts). I can see that you provide a fakeData “api” to each of your saga components, but there’s no fetch designated action and it’s not clear if I should implement another CASE in the saga or reducer, or just mock the fakeData api to return real data.
I’m asking what’s the best practice now in order to minimize customizations in every future update. I hope it’s within the scope of your support, but i’d understand if it’s not.
Many thanks,
Eldad
Yes, We will try that definitely, We are using Saga & immutable JS in our app though; But We didn’t showed any API Data rendering with it. Our latest update contains separate `redux` folder and it contains each folder that has sagas, reducer …etc. We have tried to use where it was necessary. We will definitely show a real life example in future. Thanks, really appreciate your help.
ReplyDeleteCan you please create a support ticket on https://redqsupport.ticksy.com/
ReplyDeleteSo we can track our issues.
Sure, Will do. My personal preference would be a firebase example, especially now that you’ve added the firebase login. Thanks
ReplyDeleteIn fact, technically speaking, you are soooo close to implement isomorphic as the first decent firebase based cms dashboard that it’s ridicules. Imaging how awesome it would be just to put your firebase config after purchasing, and get all the site read and write to your firebase, then tweak it to your need. OMG, you’d be rich! :))). and totally the first ones to hit the market with envato on a “Beautiful Plug, Play& Tweak Firebase CMS”.
ReplyDeleteYes, it will take time, It has lot of npm modules, we’re trying to reduce build time. We are using `create-react-app` configuration, they are still solving their issue : https://github.com/facebookincubator/create-react-app/issues/913
ReplyDeleteWe’re trying from our end. Hope we can solve that soon. Thanks.
amazing, yes, We are pushing again today, hope new update will build faster. Thanks
ReplyDeleteCan you offer an alternative with a horizontal navigation instead of the left sidebar? It could then collapse to the sidebar based on media queries.
ReplyDeleteOk, We will try to do that in future. It wasn’t into our design, We will send the message to our design team. Thanks.
ReplyDeletehi, Can you add Alternative color for left menu bar and head menu?
ReplyDeleteYes, you can change with less file changes. We are pushing another update today that will have option to change from config file. Thanks.
ReplyDeletethanks a lot I’m buying now.
ReplyDeleteIs it possible to integrate PassportJS to Isomorphic?
ReplyDeleteAnd would it require too much effort ?
If you’re using JWT you can use,
ReplyDeletehttps://www.npmjs.com/package/passport-jwt
We’re building SSR version, we will try to provide this feature too. Thanks.
