ReplyDeleteIf you can’t update the theme from the Envato market panel, you can try to update via Dashboard > Updates or Appearance > Themes and see it works.

Hello pre sale question.
ReplyDelete1. do you have something like this in your theme? http://preview.themeforest.net/item/aqura-music-band-musicians-djs-html-template/full_screen_preview/14138040 is the album on the discovery when you hover it doable?
2. http://preview.themeforest.net/item/aqura-music-band-musicians-djs-html-template/full_screen_preview/14138040 if you will see at the bottom, there is a player there. is that doable also in your theme.
3. i already looked high and low for a music theme and your theme is the one i liked the most, how are you sure that there are no bugs, or issues on the theme? like saving on a page that can’t be saved or the work that you had, and literally not saving or not replacing the one that you did, etc. etc. is refund doable once i didn’t liked it because of your bugs or issues?
4. i have a lot of images, is your theme can manage that once i place it on a gallery page and can’t be jumped to the source image instead, if you click on the popup image? (e.g. if you have a gallery page that have 30 image on it, and if you click that image, it will just jump on the image, popup and can be zoomed, and not by going thru the file path of the image instead. like http://sitename.com/wp-themes/themefilepath/image.jpg and will be shown only that image?)
5.do you have a ticket support? how fast do you guys respond to a query?
6.how is this theme good with loading speed? is this rank b or a on page speed sites?
Sorry for asking too many questions. i just wanted to know that once i buy something i know i picked the one i want and since i know its hard for me and the owner to have a refund.
Regards.
Hey there,
ReplyDelete1/ Please see this element. The disc is revealed on page scroll.
https://demos.wolfthemes.com/loud/elements/album-disc/
2/ Please see our players
https://demos.wolfthemes.com/loud/elements/music-players/
https://demos.wolfthemes.com/loud/home/one-page/
3/ No known bug at the moment. If you spot a bug, feel free to let me know and I will be happy to fix it All my themes are carefully maintained and updated as soon as it is necessary (WordPress major update, bug fixes etc…)
4/ For any gallery, you can choose to open the images in full size in a lightbox, open the file itself in a new window or redirect to the attachment page (a dedicated page for the image).
5/ There is a doc included, an online knowledge base and a support forum ticket system to help you if there is anything.
https://docs.wolfthemes.com/documentation/theme/loud/
https://wolfthemes.ticksy.com/articles/
https://wolfthemes.ticksy.com/
6/ The loading speed is better than average (98% pagespeed, approx 5s max on the first load) and it is pretty decent considering that the demo is loaded with a lot of media content.
https://gtmetrix.com/reports/demos.wolfthemes.com/hs8M18jk
Note that the the low YSlow score is due to the lack of CDN for images and such, so it is not related to the theme.
I hope it will help!
All the best.
im not sure with your answer on the number 3. the theme i just bought from another author regardless if has an update still has some bugs. and we just drown to a decision of refunding. my question is, does this have a refund procedure lets say if i saw some bugs or issues with your theme and i dont want to have your theme anymore? if not, i guess i have to look for another theme then.
ReplyDeleteRegards.
I practice the “satisfied or refunded” policy. I never declined a justified refund request.
ReplyDeleteKind regards.
so technically you’re saying that IF i didn’t liked the theme and found out that there are a lot of bugs, and explained to you exactly what happened why i am requesting it, you are saying that i can have a refund?
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely.
ReplyDeletejust bought it. lets pray i don’t find bugs so i can love the theme.
ReplyDeleteRegards.
Any chance of getting the htmls for this template with this? or you will be releasing a HTML template version of it?
ReplyDeleteHey there,
ReplyDeleteI work directly on the WordPress version for every theme, so there is no HTML version available.
Cheers
Im loving the theme thus far. Great functionality! Thank you.
ReplyDeleteIm trying to figure out how to increase the number of columns for the discography from a maximum of 4 to 5 or 6. With the number of releases we have it takes too much real estate with only 4 releases wide. Could you share how to make that adjustment? Im using the ‘Discography’ VC widget on the homepage.
Thanks in advance!
Hey there,
ReplyDeleteThank you! I’m glad you like the theme!
You can set the number of columns in the “releases” module settings > extra tab (up to 6).

Finally! A website made for beatmakers too! Im so happy that I found you and Im right before buying. But I have one question: How can I choose different licenses with their different prices? I only saw one price for a beat and therefore I could buy only one license in the demo. Best greetings!
ReplyDeleteHey there,
ReplyDeleteGlad that my theme has your interest!
You can use variable products to sell tracks with different licenses at different prices.

Let me know if you any other question.
I hope it will help!
Nice Theme.
ReplyDeleteHi there,
ReplyDeleteWould be possible to use this theme for multiple artists ?
So that every artist has his own tour dates… etc
Thanks, A
Hey there,
ReplyDeleteYes that’s possible. You can use sort the tour dates and releases by “artists” category.
I hope it will help!
