    Hello, Dear Friend! We haven’t implemented WPML support for our theme by one serious reason: very often WMPL decreases website’s speed, as we know this issue can’t fix even the developers of this plugin.


    That’s why we offer our clients to use qTranslateX instead of WMPL. Our theme has good compatibility with qTranslate plugin. This is the excellent plugin which allows to create multilingual wordpress websites: https://wordpress.org/plugins/qtranslate-x/


    In order to translate some specific areas in theme we use Loco Translate: https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/


    These 2 plugins will help you to use several languages on your website.

    If you strongly need the images with high resolution in demo content – we can provide you with such images. For these purposes please provide us in a private ticket at https://mwtemplates.ticksy.com/ with FTP or cPanel access for your host and we will upload them for you. In future please buy or replace these images on yours own. Also the Sources topic of theme’s manual contains all necessary links on the images. You may buy them if you wish. Best Regards!

    Dear, during “Demo Content Install” I get the error: “Request failed. Error code: 400”


    Important: HTTP Loopback Connections are not enabled on this server. If you need to contact your web host, tell them that when PHP tries to connect back to the site at the URL `http://www.biofarmex.it/new/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php` and it gets the error `cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 5001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received`. There may be a problem with the server configuration (eg local DNS problems, mod_security, etc) preventing connections from working properly.


    I’m using php 7.0 on Aruba server.

    Hi,
    It looks like that I cannot update the header information (phone number, email address, and location) with “Theme-> Customize->Theme Header”. It can only display the correct information when not using the default “theme header”. Please help. Thank you. I can send you the site link in private email.

    1. I am unable to add images on the banner section on all pages. Can you help me with “how to add images on the banner on all the pages”


    2. on the home page – menu bar . there are three icons search , cart and profile. i want to hide the above mentioned three icons. Please help me as this is urgent . Please revert back with the solutions.

If you want to set your custom background for breadcrumbs area, just replace image features.jpg on yours own in /wp-content/themes/pharmaton/img/parallax The image would be the same name as the originlal, you may rename old features.jpg to features2.jpg To hide icons form left side in menu, click WP Dashboard => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and insert here the following code:
    .header_right_buttons {
    display: none;
